With your generous support, Help in Suffering (HIS) recently held their annual Nagaur Camel Treatment Camp. The camp was highly impactful, providing much-needed veterinary care and guidance for camel owners.
Many owners expressed heartfelt gratitude and were deeply appreciative of the services provided through this camp.

Our new partner group, Namigni Animal Sanctuary, had a highly successful year in 2025. With your heartfelt support, they have been making great gains for working animal welfare in Columbia.

suffering alleviated for Over 900 working equines in india
Our partner group, Friendicoes, treated 930 animals in their mobile equine clinic during January. They also distributed an amazing 600 blankets for working equines and rescued four animals from dreadful circumstances.

A tragic cruelty case + an orphaned donkey foal in need of dedicated care
The team at Zambezi Working Donkey Project (ZWDP) have faced several challenges recently, including heavy rains, a tragic cruelty case and two residents at their sanctuary passing away.
However, they remain dedicated to improving the lives and welfare of working donkeys in Zambia. Recently, this included caring for a special orphaned foal.

At LAZAWO’s new donkey sanctuary in Tanzania, every rescued animal is provided with all the veterinary care, attention, nutritious food and protection they need.

compassion and commitment leads to improved welfare for donkeys working in gold mines
In Tanzania, our partner group Lake Zone Animal Welfare Organization (LAZAWO) are continuing to provide essential veterinary care for the often-forgotten donkeys working in gold mines.
Thanks to your fantastic support, they assisted nearly 400 working animals in December. The team are also improving donkey welfare in mining communities through education, humane equipment and dedicated follow-up care.
a second chance at life for rescued donkeys
With help from your wonderful donations, the team at Starting Over in Israel are preparing to send more rescued donkeys to Europe. Here, they will find their forever homes with caring new owners.
In their intensive-care unit at the sanctuary - the Hope Compound - the team are currently providing care and treatment for 55 donkeys in need.
expanding our reach: assisting donkeys used for construction work in india
Friendicoes - one of our partner groups in India - treated an astonishing 870 working equines in December through their mobile vet clinic.
Thanks to your heartfelt donations, they now also have the capacity to assist donkeys who are used to carry construction materials for high rise buildings.
