Thanks to your compassionate support, AAA will be funding essential medications for ACE’s walk‑in clinic and hospital — ensuring that animals who have long been invisible receive the care and dignity they deserve.
About Animal Care in Egypt (ACE)
ACE is a British charity hospital dedicated to preventing the suffering of thousands of animals in Luxor. Since 2000, they have focused on the poorest communities, providing free veterinary care and education where resources are scarce and working animals often endure neglect through lack of knowledge rather than malice.
Veterinary Care and Facilities
ACE’s dedicated team of veterinarians provides lifesaving treatments year‑round. Their facilities include:
A walk‑in clinic for immediate care.
A hospital where crucial surgeries are performed.
25 stables where animals can rest and recover from harsh working lives under close monitoring.
This combination of emergency care, rehabilitation, and preventative treatment ensures long‑term improvements in animal welfare.
Education and Outreach
ACE runs education programs for local communities and veterinary students from South Valley University, equipping future vets with the skills to protect working animals. By combining treatment with education, ACE is creating lasting change in attitudes and practices across Luxor.
