Submission Instructions

Complete all 18 actions – You can use our downloadable checklist to help keep track. You may choose to print it, mark it digitally or create your own version.

Gather your evidence – For each action, keep a screenshot, photo or brief description as proof. For example:

A screenshot of your $18 donation receipt.

A screenshot of the post you shared.

Submit your completed checklist – Once you’ve ticked off all 18 tasks, email the completed checklist and your evidence to info@animalaidabroad.org with the subject line “18th Anniversary Challenge”.

Include your contact details – In your email or form submission, please provide your full name, email address and phone number so we can verify your entry and contact you about your Lifetime Membership.

Submission deadline – All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. AEST on 8/09/2025. Late submissions cannot be considered.

Verification – Our team will verify your submission and contact you to confirm your eligibility and arrange your Lifetime Membership package.

Terms & Conditions

Eligibility – The “18 Ways You Can Help” challenge is open to individuals aged 18 years and older. Employees, contractors and committee members of Animal Aid Abroad are welcome to participate but are not eligible for the Lifetime Membership prize.

Challenge period – The challenge opens at 12:00 a.m. AEST on 25/08/2025 and closes at 11:59 p.m. AEST on 8/09/2025. Actions must be completed within this window to count towards the challenge.

How to enter – Participants must complete all 18 listed actions and submit proof as outlined in the submission instructions. Partial completions will not qualify for the Lifetime Membership.

Verification – Animal Aid Abroad reserves the right to request additional evidence of completion and to disqualify any entries that are incomplete, fraudulent or misleading.

Prize details – Each verified participant who completes all 18 actions will receive a non‑transferable Lifetime Membership to Animal Aid Abroad, valued at $275 AUD. This includes all standard membership benefits for life. No cash alternative is available.

Geographic limitations – The challenge is open to supporters worldwide; however, physical merchandise prizes (such as bags, caps or printed certificates) can only be shipped within eligible countries or regions. Winners outside this area will receive digital membership materials.

Responsibilities and liabilities – By participating, entrants agree that Animal Aid Abroad is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected submissions or for any technical issues that may affect entry. Participants acknowledge that some actions involve personal expenditure (e.g., donations, merchandise purchases) which are voluntary and at the participant’s own discretion.

Amendments – Animal Aid Abroad reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or terminate the challenge at any time without prior notice, should circumstances outside our control necessitate such changes.
